+: The ambiance, rooms, and service of the hotel were exceptional. I had mentioned that we chose it for our honeymoon. They sent us a bottle of champagne and a fruit gift. All the staff were very kind. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The taste of the food delivered by room service was fantastic.
-: I wish the prices at the bar and restaurant were a bit more reasonable.

-: Es hat wenig mit den Fotos zu tun, kein privater ruhiger Strand da es sich hier um eine riesen Hotelanlage handelt und vor unserem Hotel ein anderes ist bei dem besoners viele Familien und Kinder Urlaub machen und somit auch Zugang zum Strand haben- KEIN ROOMSERVICE (außer man zahlt drauf) und das auch nicht bei jeden Mitarbeiter sondern je nach Lust und Laune

+: Everything was nice. We’re delighted with staff, pools, bars and last but not least with the FOOD. It was amazing experience to be there to spend our holidays at Elissa. We’re sure that this is not the last time to be there. Staff was amazing there are always there if you need something. Beach are amazing private and not loud, pools are so clean there’s always someone who cleaning the pools and around.

-: The BEACH is NOT adults only. It is shared with the family resort next door. There is no distance between the two areas and the whole beach used by families. Despite the signs, which even if were respected will only provide 0,5 meters distance between an adults only sun bed und a family one. Also. The staff did not respect the do not disturb sign. There were huge cockroaches in the bathroom at night.

-: Only one place -restaurant for lunch and are limited , you could open anther dining place and am sure you would increase your profit , also , it is good to maintain standard in Resturant, 2 days at lunch got bread with olives and olive oil dip but every time different bread , it seems left over from breakfast, anther 2 days got nothing , some of name tags was missing at breakfast buffet , the cleaning need improvements like public bathrooms , lobby cafe , the scale in bathroom in room ,the sunset matters with lots of stains
