Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Frank Apartments 3* 2024-2025 Greece, Heraklion

+: The property is right on the beach and offers free sunbeds to residents. It also has a pool in case the sea is too rough. Some of the apartments have a balcony with a sea view. There is plenty of car parking space. The beach in front of Frank is probably the nicest segment of ammoudara. Commute to heraklion center is very easy, either by bus or car.

-: Nothing to do with the apartments per se, but as ammoudara can get quite busy and the pool is open to all customers, things may get crowded in peak season :)

+: Very friendly staff, cozy beach bar and located right at the beach. Buses to the city center are essentially also right in front of the door and so are other restaurants and kiosks.The room was cozy and spacious with a little balcony to enjoy a drink on.

-: Parts of the room are a bit dated

+: Mukava henkilökunta. Hyvä ruoka. Viihtyisä ranta.

+: Liebevolles Personal und die direkte strandlage ist Top. Außerdem ist man sehr zentral gelegen was uns bei unserer ersten Reise nach Kreta sehr gefallen hat.

-: Nichts

+: We could hardly have found a better place to stay in Heraklion. The location, the room, the services offered, the pool, the delicious breakfast, but above all the staff's attention and kindness. Thank you Sofia & Sofia for the hospitality and for attending and helping us to resolve all our requests. By the way, we decided to have dinner a couple of times at the restaurant and we can say that the burgers are highly recommended :-P

+: Ein sehr nettes und günstig gelegenes Hotel, direkt an der ersten Linie zum Meer mit eigenem Strand und kostenlosen Liegestühlen. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in der zentralen Straße des Ortes, nur wenige Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, was es bequem macht, nach Heraklion oder zu den berühmten Stränden entlang der Küste zu fahren. Der Strand ist sandig mit grobem Sand, der Zugang zum Wasser ist bequem und flach. Besonders gut haben mir die Frühstücke in dem sehr angenehmen und schön eingerichteten Wohnzimmer gefallen – ein sättigendes Frühstück ist ein erfolgreicher Start in den Tag! Die Apartments sind standardmäßig ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und zur Erholung: Es gibt eine elektrische Kochplatte, einen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr und Besteck. Zudem sind Gegenstände zum Wäschewaschen vorhanden: eine Leine mit Klammern für die aufgehängte Wäsche und ein Waschbecken. Es gibt auch ein elektrisches Gerät zur Mückenabwehr, einen kleinen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage. Im Hof des Hotels befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz für Autos. Ich bin Sofia, dem gesamten Hotelteam und der Katze Lilli sehr dankbar für ihre ausgezeichnete Arbeit bei der Gästeaufnahme. Neben dem Hotel, links, befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, in dem Leinenkleidung verkauft wird – ich empfehle einen Besuch.

+: Velmi dobré snídaně. Trošku jsme se báli, protože to byli snídaně amerického stylu ale výběr byl dostatečný a opravdu byli velmi chutné. Byly na výběr 4, velmi dobrá káva, čerstvý pomerančový džus.

-: S výběrem ubytování jsem si dala opravdu práci, chtěli jsme místo u moře a s bazénem. Termín dovolené jsme měli od 6.5. do 14.5. Od 1.5. měl být bazén v provozu, bohužel jsme přijeli a nebyl v provozu ani bazén, ani plážový bar, ani lehátka na pláži, prostě nic na co jsme se těšili. Při příjezdu nám bylo řečeno, že zítra budeme moci bazén používat, na tuto otázku jsme se ptala ještě dvakrát během pobytu.. Bohužel, byli jsme v ubytování 8 nocí a ani poslední den jsme toto nemohli využít. Nakonec jsme využívali konkurenční bazény a plážové bary... Nebyli jsme rozhodně jediní hosté, proto nechápu, kde byl problém? v ČR sami provozujeme ubytování a nerozumíme tomu, proč příprava něčeho, co by normálně zabralo maximálně den, trvá přes týden? Prý začátkem měsíce pršelo a tak se vše opozdilo, ale nemělo to být na květen už spíše připraveno? Bohužel, mrzí mě tato recenze ale tohle nezachrání ani opravdu vynikající snídaně, kvůli těm jsme do Řecka neletěli.
