The luxury Giannoulis - Grand Bay Beach Resort - Adults Only is set directly on the picturesque beach of Kolymbari on the northwestern coast of Crete, located twenty kilometers west of Chania Town. -: - beaucoup de bruit dans les espaces communs - le personnel est désagréable - nous avons eu un problème dans notre première chambre, nous avons demander pour changer, la seconde chambre nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une douche bouchée avec l’eau qui sortait de la tuyauterie des toilettes. Nous avons demandé à parler au manager puisque ça faisait deux problèmes sur deux chambres (sans compter la saleté des chambres). Le manager nous a fait comprendre que personne avant nous ne s’était plains et que soit c’était de notre faute, soit on mentait.
