+: The taxi driver that drove us from the airport told us “this place is a palace”. And boy was he right… Great food, kind staff, many options for children activities, quick response for requests, multiple shallow and deeper swimming pools (so they’re never crowded), private beach, great water park, food and beverages are available around the clock with solid options for both children and adults.
-: The mattress in our room could have been more comfortable. The water temperature on the kids’ section of the water park is too low (kids were constantly shivering).
