+: Die Anlage Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sieht hübsch aus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
-: - Keine Halterung in der Dusche für den Duschkopf - Wasserdruck sehr niedrig in der Dusche - Wassertemperatur manchmal warm manchmal kalt Es war zwar mehrmals der Techniker da, aber das hat auch nicht viel bezweckt - Abendessen war stets kalt - Frühstück war ok (bis auf die Eierspeisen - das ging gar nicht - ungenießbar !!! . Spiegeleier waren eiskalt und wurden übereinander gestapelt. Rührei war total krümelig und lauwarm bis kalt ... :-( - Die Musik am Pool war stets laut von morgens 10:00 Uhr bis abends 23:00 Uhr; und war in der gesamten Anlage zu hören. Nichts zum relaxen ... :-( . - Die Balkone und Terrassen sind alle Zimmer sind Richtung Pool gerichtet und sehr offen oder nur durch Glasscheiben getrennt. Daher fehlt die Privatsphäre, da jeder immer alle sehen kann ... vor allem die, die im 1. Stock wohnen und Balkone haben. - Die Putzfrauen ... mal wurde die Tür nicht abgeschlossen, mal wurden nur die Mülleimer geleert, die Reinigung war so lala....
