-: Mancanza di attenzione per quanto riguarda il cibo senza glutine. Nella prenotazione, con colazione inclusa, avevo specificatamente scritto che vi era la necessità di mangiare cibo senza glutine causa celiachia. Al momento della colazione, però, il personale era ignaro di tutto; infatti la colazione è saltata nonostante fosse PAGATA dato che non c’era cibo senza glutine. Solo dopo un acceso reclamo, l’indomani hanno finalmente avuto l’accortezza di far trovare una colazione specificatamente per celiaci.

-: מבנה החדר צפוף אין בו ארונות - רק מתלה עם קולבים שלא היה אפקטיבי ובוודא לא רלוונטי. אין שקיות קפה או תה ליד קומקום המים החמים .
