-: No hot water between 7-10pm daily, They bring 1 bottle of complimentary water daily and stock the mini bar with two tiny bottles of water. They do not refill shower gel or shampoo in the showers. They ring your bell and knock on your door even when the do not disturb sign is up. Staff rude and when you complain they look at you like your crazy and tell you its the first time they had such complaints, even though our friends who were staying with us had the same problems
