+: Comfortable clean facilities. The staff were all really friendly.

+: Lovely clean, quiet resort. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Food is very good with a good selection at all meal times. All inclusive cocktails are somewhat limited but but premium ones are available for a few Euros extra. The evening entertainment is varied and some was very good. Overall a very pleasant, holiday with our adult children.

-: Kairaba section of the beach is not monitored and was regularly used by guests staying at the sister hotel despite being marked private. The infinity pool and swim up bar are also open to adults from Labranda and on some occasions groups of young persons could be very rowdy. This meant we spent most of our time at the main resort.

+: Evening entertainment was varied in genre but all were professional, each different from the other and all very enjoyable. The all-round attitude of staff was always very high, even by Greek standards which, we find, generally exceed those of most other Med nations.

-: General resort and pool cleanliness was excellent. The only poor element of whole experience was the room cleaning, which was also generally good but let down by one staff member.

+: Our stay at Kairaba was lovely, the food was great, the room and facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, especially Charis, a waiter in the restaurant he always had a smile for everyone, and we feel that's important!! The location within the village was brilliant and gave you the opportunity to stretch your legs wandering down to the beach and to use the facilities at Labranda.

-: Obviously wet weather cannot be helped but safety precautions have to be considered specifically on the porcelain tiles by and leading up to the reception. Walking slowly, I fell and injured myself, there was no signage or antislip mats in the relevant place. Taking into consideration that there were many senior guests, this incident could have been a lot worse. The reception staff also didn't seem concerned when we mentioned the incident informally and actually laughed and pointed at a single mat inside the reception. Not impressed with that at all.Only other element was the lack of beach towels available we asked a number of times for beach towels but they never arrived.

+: The location of the hotel is a bit surprising, but when you see the complex of the adults section the facilities are really good. Our room had a shared swimming pool which was still a bit chilly beginning of may. The room is really spatious for 2 people.

-: The hotel has a bar at the swimming pool and at the lobby. In the evening however when it gets a bit chilly there is no cosy corner in at the entrance lobby. It looks chique with all white, but for having a drink in the evening it misses a place to sit together with some less lights on.

-: Die Bereiche, die im Labranda nebenan liegen, insbesondere der Fitness-Bereich.Die Cocktails waren dort auch eine Katastrophe.
