+: Amazing pools. Amazing pool by the room. Just superb accommodation. Great housekeeping. Fantastic breakfast. Easy access to the beach from the beachfront rooms.
-: Unfortunately, we spent first night in a worse room (SEA VIEW, up the hill) as the night shift manager did not recognise "BEACH VIEW ROOM" as "BEACHFRONT ROOM", saying that any SEA VIEW room is BEACH VIEW at the same time. Luckily, the day shift moved us to the BEACHFRONT room and it was just perfect. The whole complex is on a hill. It could be sometimes annoying, unless you are in the BEACHFRONT rooms ;-) Sadly, the beach nearby becomes very trashy. Hotels around just do not care. Tourists do not care. What's worse, the locals don't care. We saw a fisherman frying some fish on a pan on his boat, then throwing all the oil and food remains right in the sea. We saw floating excrements and plastic bags in the water. Very sad. The hotels should push for change.

-: קיבלנו חדר שונה משהוזמן והוא היה על הכביש, כל העוברים ושבים רואים אותנו וממש לא תואם את המחיר. אחרי שהעבירו אותנו חדר, בבריכה הייתה זכוכית שנכנסה לי לרגל ואם מעוניינים להזמין קרח לחדר זה בעלות 10€.צריך ללכת לבד בעצמך לספא כדי להחליף מגבות.רוב הצוות לא היה נעים והרגיש ששילמנו כסף כדי לבוא ולעבוד

+: Excellent initial greeting and accommodating with upgrading to a room with a pool (with a cost). Breakfast was next level.
-: 2euro for each additional coffee pod in the room as they were not replaced in the morning or afternoon. Coffee at breakfast was terrible. Got the order wrong and then when they got it right it was awful.

+: Tout était absolument impeccable. En plus de cela, les gens sont incroyablement sympathiques. Angelica, la manager, est vraiment très aimable. Maria et Vassili, les femmes de l'accueil, font tout leur possible pour vous assister. Pour finir, un grand merci à dionisis. Ce n'est pas juste un bagagiste. Il m'a vraiment assisté lorsque j'ai fait tomber mon téléphone dans l'eau. Un énorme merci à toute l'équipe de cet hôtel magnifique.

+: Kahvaltısı, Avrupa'da otelde bulabileceğiniz en iyi açık büfelerden. Çok hoşumuza gitti. Sabah olsunda kahvaltı yapalım diye bekliyorduk.
