+: Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut vederea de pe balcon, muntele Olimp.In camere a fost curat , personalul foarte amabil. Ne-am simțit foarte bine.Mancarea foarte buna.
-: Resortul are nevoie de renovări, piscina trebuie curățată, aerul condiționat din camera noastră mergea doar pe maxim, după 2 ore era ca în frigider temperatura din cameră. La masa din păcate după câteva zile nu mai aveam idee ce să mănânc se repetau mâncărurile atât la mic dejun cât și la cina. Nu am înțeles faza cu plaja Le Moon, daca vroiai pat in primul rand trebuia sa faci consumație de 50 Euro cu toate că aveam card VIP....și băiatul de pe plaja a spus 15 după aceea a zis 50 , a fost aiurea ...

+: Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Ze hadden vlot contact met ons tussendoor. Je had een thuisgevoel. Uitgebreid ontbijt en dinerbuffet.
-: Tip, doch misschien teveel inspanning gevraagd:Bij de gerechten ern klein bordje met de beschrijving van wat er aangeboden wordt. Bv. Welk vlees, kaas enz. Dan wel naast Grieks ook in het Engels. Zou een zeer grote meerwaarde zijn. Zou dan 1110 waard zijn 😉

-: - Обещаха да пратят човек да оправи сейфа - не се появи през целия престой- Камериерките идваха между 15:00- 16:00ч. Докато дойдат, ние вече си бяхме оправили легла и всичко :))- Сервитьорите всеки ден бяха на различно мнение (къде може да се седне да се яде, къде не, къде може да се пуши, къде не... обикновено винаги отговора беше - не може (без обяснение))- Яденето (all inclusive) беше едно и също всеки път за закуска и за вечера (няма разнообразие) и беше оскъдно от към готвени ястия. Рибата беше като варена и пържена?! Нямаше табелки кое какво е.- Високи цени в ресторанта и бара - Тръгнахме си един ден по-рано, поради нежелание на нашите да останем последната вечер и да вечеряме същите ястия. За сметка на това ресторанта до тях - евтино, големи порции и вкусно :)

+: Местоположението е супер 👍 Тихо, спокойно , красива гледка,уютно и конфортно 👍Закуската и вечерята бяха супер, чистотата беше на 6 ,а фамилната стая ни беше с уникална гледка към морето :-)
-: Близкия плаж под хотела не беше хубав!Но на 1-2 км.от него беше Le Moon плаж, който е Супер👍На вечеря нямате нищо за пиене,тоест трябва да си закупите дали вода, сок,бира или чаша алкохол допълнително!Сладоледа за децата също е платен,да го имате в предвид!В басейна не дават на децата да играят волейбол,да се пръскат,да скачат,дори каквито и да е игри ,когато няма други хора ,на които да пречат!

-: My daughter’s gold necklace disappeared after we left the room for cleaning staff to do their job. The reception ladies apparently investigated with no results. We never had any experience like that!Also, the sofa’s mattress was stained all over.We’re thoroughly disappointed, and we would neither come back nor would we recommend.

+: We got an upgrade to a villa and the private pool was a godsend. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is awesome. Also loved the variety at breakfast.
-: Only thing that could be improved would be to add a topper to the sofa bed mattresses.
