+: The location of the hotel is right on the beachfront and a walking distance from downtown Patra. The breakfast was buffet style and I would have liked a few more options but it was still fulfilling none the less.
-: The lobby was always packed with college students and it was quite hard to find a spot and relax and have a coffee or drink. Other than that the area was great and lovely decorated.

+: This is a little 3-star gem at a great location in Patras and with 5-star service from staff, who I can only call exceptional in terms of efficiency, availability, effectiveness in finding solutions, attention to detail, and drive to satisfy customers. I have by now stayed in this hotel on various occasions, for a total of more than 1.5 months, so I have a very good sample of what is going on atnd know what I am talking about. As I have told the staff, I think that it is kind of unfair that this hotel only has 3 stars. Just for the level of service, it absolutely deserves 4 (and I have plenty of 4- and 5-star hotels in mind that pale in comparison...).
-: I am really picking here, but a little more storage space would be handy for longer-term guests like me. Having said that, the hotel has a certain philosophy, and I can respect that - especially since the staff go out of their way to serve specific customer needs all the time.
