+: La vue du balcon est vraiment très belle : mer bleue à l'infini et cotes montagneuses. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. L'accueil au restaurant et au bar est charmant. Le confort de la plage artificielle.

-: Les différents bâtiments de l'hôtel, sur différents niveaux au-dessus de la mer ; il faut sans cesse monter et descendre les allées ce qui est épuisant. C'est bien raide aussi pour les voitures, de plus la sortie de l'hôtel est située en plein virage sans grande visibilité. L'hôtel est trop loin pour aller à la plage ou à Barbati à pied car la route est très dangereuse pour des piétons. Les chambres sont trop petites et vieillottes, la climatisation bruyante et difficile à régler.

+: The only positive thing about this establishment (read well, the only thing), is the private beach that allows you to quietly enjoy the sea with a limited number of people.

-: 1. I was taken out of my room in an extremely rude manner. Booking stipulates that check-out is at 12h. The owner came to knock on my door at 11:15h shouting at the same time "check-out!!!". I ended my vacation feeling like I was doing something illegal. I told him it was at 12h, the man replied angrily that it wasn't booking that decided, it was the paper that was posted at the reception. Sir, there is a way to say things without being rude. You should know that. I can understand cultural differences, but education is universal. 2. The views from the property are beautiful. But unfortunately the rooms are totally depressing. I think it's made so that you just want to go out. 3. When you want to stay calm and rest in the room. Impossible, the noise is unbearable when they do the cleaning (they move the furniture, throw doors, talk loudly (scream)). 4. The food is horrible. 5. I could say more, but this is the more important.

+: Gentili le signore addette al servizio ma poca la varietà dei prodotti di qualità ordinaria.

-: Il complesso si sviluppa su diversi edifici (23 piani) privi di ascensore e dislocati a distanza dalla reception e dalla sala colazione. Nella prima stanza che ci hanno proposto non funzionava l'aria condizionata ed abbiamo traslocato in un altro plesso. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare, anche quella dei lettini posti sulla piattaforma. L'hotel avrebbe necessità di una ristrutturazione.

+: Great location for sea swimming and snorkelling. Great views from pool, bar area and clean.

-: Food was average, glad we didnt go all inclusive. It is a bit isolated if you don’t have a car, but there are buses to Barbati and Ipsos.
