Set amid a landscape garden decorated with artworks, Neptune Hotel features 5 swimming pools and 8 bars, within 3.1 mi from Mastichari Village in Kos. The beachfront hotel complex offers a variety of sports and leisure activities, such as tennis courts, badminton and a spa center.

The air-conditioned rooms and apartments of Neptune open to a balcony or a patio overlooking the Aegean Sea or the garden. Elegantly decorated with well-chosen furnishings and soft colors, each unit has an LCD satellite TV and a fridge. Coffee-and-tea making facilities, bathrobes and slippers, as well as free toiletries are provided.

+: I enjoyed the free upgrade to a sea view room, I was conveniently placed in the room next door to my friends which might have been a coincidence when we booked separately. The gym was very well equipped and I liked that the treadmills were faced to a view of the property and not a wall or mirror.The room was very new and well-designed.Breakfast had so many options. Staff was super helpful and even though the resort was closing for the season the next day everyone was so friendly and happy to help.

-: I only stayed one night, less than 24 hrs. I did not get to see if the area was convenient and walkable

+: das Zimmer war schön, war aber ein bisschen wie Souterain. Wenn wir auf dem Balkon saßen, sind die Leute mit ihren Füßen auf Augenhöhe vorbei gelaufen, das war nicht so gut!! Der Strand war schön aber im Verhälnis zur Hotelgröße etwas klein und z.T. sehr schmal.

-: Bei unserer Ankunft um 21.30 Uhr hätten wir gerne etwas zu essen gehabt, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte, die Restaurants würden um 22.00 Uhr schließen. Das war schlicht falsch, denn im Laufe der Woche stellten wir fest, dass alle Restaurants bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet hatten, aber wir mussten hungrig zu Bett gehen. Die Hotelinformationen haben wir ausschließlich online oder per Videowand bekommen, darauf hatte keiner hingewiesen, da mussten wir erst selbst drauf kommen!!!

+: Direkt am Meer mit schönen Häusern, gepflegten Gärten, vielen Pools, wie ein kleines Dorf. Es gibt viel Sport und für jedes Alter was zu machen.

-: Leider gibt es keine Umgebung, keinen Ort oder so. Und das Essen am Abend wäre steigerungsfähig.

+: Normalerweise hätte ich so ein großes Hotel nicht ausgewählt. Aber da wir uns unsicher waren, ob das Wetter im Oktober hält, wollten wir etwas mit mehr Optionen wie z.B. einem Spa. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt haben. Man findet ruhige Ecken in der Anlage. Und natürlich war deutlich weniger los als zur Hauptsaison. Der große Pool mit 50m ist für alle Schwimmer super. Auch der Strand hat überzeugt.

-: Die Restaurants des Hotels haben nicht so überzeugt (Preis-Leistung).
