+: Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, ήταν ευρύχωρο, κι επειδή είχε γίνει ένα μικρό μπέρδεμα με το booking ο οικοδεσπότης είχε την καλοσύνη να μας δώσει μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο από αυτό που είχαμε κρατήσει χωρίς παραπάνω χρέωση. Parking υπήρχε διαθέσιμο, ζεστό νερό υπήρχε διαθέσιμο, θέρμανση υπήρχε, η καθαρίστρια πέρασε και μας ρώτησε εάν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι, γενικά δεν έχω να γράψω κάτι αρνητικό.

+: Convenience and helpfulness of the hotel owner. Christos. Gave great suggestions of places to go and visit. Enjoyed the stay

+: The hotel was well situated, at the end of a quiet road just off the main street with excellent bus connections, a number of supermarkets and restaurants and walking distance to the golden beaches of Agii Apostoli. The room was just as described: a studio with 3 beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Fresh towels every couple of days. Fast and helpful communication with Christos whenever we had a question via WhatsApp. He even let us use a room that was being renovated the day we checked out so we could store our bags and head to the beach and come back and shower before going to the airport. Lily's coffee shop just outside the complex for breakfast pastries (lichnarakia - little lanterns - were our of this world) and coffee (with oat and almond milk!) was perfect to start the day. Great week holiday.

-: The pool was looking a bit tired but it was the last week of the season.

+: lokalizacja- niedaleko miastaprzedmiescia, ale nie na odludziu, w poblizu fajna miejscowka na sniadania -lilly bar, wiele restauracji z greckim jedzeniem swietne miejsca na odpoczynek od ludzi - cisza , spokoj, czysty wystarczjacej wielkosci basen, pokoje tez wielkosci wystarczajacej - czyste ! kazdego dnia sprzatanie, czyste wymieniane reczniki panie sprzatajace - zostawialy kazdego dnia na lozkach dekoracje z kwiatow

-: mozna byloby popracowac nad ogrodem - zaniedbany , wymiana lezakow przy basenie

+: Appartement propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Parking privé devant appartement. Service ménage au top. Proche de toute le commodités et à 3 kilomètres du centre historique

+: Le cadre: belle piscine et végétation dans la résidence, calme car en retrait de la route. Parking privé dans la résidence : nous avons toujours eu de la place. L'emplacement : nombreux magasins accessibles à pied (dont un LIDL à 5mn à pied près d'un autre grand supermarché SynKa, une excellente pizzeriagiros à emporter à 30m, ...), 3 belles plages accessibles à pied (préférée: Yannis beach), quartier calme et agréable, excellente pâtisserie Monterno à 1km, La Canée à environ 10mn de voiture, près de l'autoroute donc idéal pour explorer la partie ouest de la Crète (Balos, Elafonissi, Chora Sfakion...). A noter : un restaurant à proximité (sortir par derrière) donne de l'excellente et authentique musique grecque tous les samedis soirs : aucun touriste dans le restaurant, expérience mémorable. Accueil et service : gérant sur place et personnel très aimable, de bon conseil et très efficace (notamment réparation immédiate si petit problème), propreté : chambres faites chaque jour, nous avons demandé à ne changer les serviettes qu'un jour sur deux. Excellente literie, belle salle de douche, notre deux pièces (surclassé à partir d'un studio) était vaste et clair, très grand balcon avec table et chaises où il est agréable de manger, donnant sur la piscine et les arbres.

+: I had a wonderful 2 nights stay and Christos is such a gracious host. I was not here long enough to enjoy the facilities, but would definitely be back and think the location is wonderful to my needs. There is also parking avaliable. The lovely cleaning staff arranged towel in sweet arrangements every day and I looked forward to seeing the daily designs. Great location at a really good price. Christos is really friendly and knowledgeable about the area and always seemed happy to see his guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

-: I was slightly out of season so the bar facility was closed but Christos fixed the situation and didn't hesitate to kindly provided drinks when requested. (Not a bad thing though)..
