+: The internal entrance to the main building is grand so that is lovely. Very resort like. Parking facility allowed for a car park everytime we came and left, so that was great. The pool area was abundant. The short walk to beach was a bonus. We went early October so the weather was beautiful and we had zero issues getting a sunbed at the pool or the beach. Rooms were clean and what we expected, nice big bathroom as well. Balcony view of Mount Olympos, spectacular! The buffet had plenty of options for children as well as adults and the quality was very good. Hats off to the Chef and the crew in the kitchen. You may experience it differently if you travel during their peak periods.We had no queues for the buffet. We were spoilt for choice of sunbeds. I've read otherwise during their peak months.

-: Even though the entrances were grand the gardens were unkept at the resort entrance so that was disappointing. The entrance to the main hotel has a driveway so we are not quite sure why we had to check in at reception and then walk our luggage from reception to the main building when we could have simply driven our car up to the main entrance, dropped off our luggage then parked our car. It's a bit of a walk that is unnecessary especially if you have been travelling for hours to get there.Most resort employees did not smile or acknowledge us like most hotel employees would. The housekeeping team were lovely and knew how to engage with guests. I believe the Resort Manager could have easily greeted us each time she walked passed. Maybe even asked us how our stay was going. She never did. Four star standards that did not exist. By the way I don't expect people to stop what they are doing just to say hello, I'm referring to a simple smile as you walk passed.On our first night at the buffet dinner the Restaurant Manager tried to charge us for our child (we didn't know kids eat free) and if it wasn't for another guest highlighting that our child shouldn't be charged, we don't believe he would have said anything. I could be wrong!We went in early October therefore it wasnt peak period and super busy, so employees could have easily reset the sun beds around the grassed area at the pool. Guests do re arrange them but not sure why they can't be reset by employees. 4 star resort standards should be maintained all year.Smokers should be relocated to a section that is not right next to the restaurant during dining hours. No point us eating in the outside area of the restaurant when someone who is smoking can sit right next to us. The foyer always smells of cigarette smoke. I live with a smoker but I felt that cloud of smoke was excessive everytime you got out of the lift or entered the main building.
