+: No coffee packets in room - so I could get fresh brewed unlimited downstairs. Easy 15 minute taxi to airport. Great location - quiet - yet in the city old town.

+: Spacious and beautiful rooms. The hotel has a great location right in the center of Heraklion making it easy to walk to restaurants and bars.

-: Accueil désagréable. Refus de nous laisser occuper la chambre une h plus tôt que prévu. Alors qu’elle était visiblement inoccupée vu la chaleur de fournaise qu’il y regnait qd nous l’avons intégrée (il faisait frais à l’extérieur). Et surtout la climatisation était coupée et ont refusé de la rétablir alors que la chambre était une étuve, au motif que ds une autre chambre les clients s’étaient plaint du froid… jamais vu cela ds un établissement 4etoiles

+: Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit perfekt!
-: Man konnte meist erst ab früh um 2 Uhr schlafen, da es ringsherum sehr laut war auf Grund der Musik mit starkem Bass. Frühstück musste aus der ganz normalen Menükarte mit einem sehr geringen Anteil an Frühstücksspeisen gewählt werden. Am zweiten Tag haben wir daher das Frühstück gar nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen.
