+: Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για οποιαδήποτε απόδραση σε χρονικό διάστημα μικρή ή μεγάλη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει φροντίσει μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του. Συγχαρητήρια. Θα ξανάρθουμε και βεβαίως θα το συστήσουμε και σε πολύ καλούς μας φίλους να το επισκεφτούν.

+: The house was ok to stay for one week, and the town of Bali was fun.

-: The pool floor was broken so my sons both had a few cuts on their feet, they had to wear socks to swim to avoid more cuts. The cleaning was not in every three days as promised. And there were not any wood to use the wood grill. All the bathrooms were tiny and the Wi-Fi was bad. You could only use it indoors. All cooking supplies were missing, so we had to buy oil, salt, sugar, coffee and everything ourselves. There weren’t even soap in the toilets.

+: Πολύ άνετα διαμερίσματα, καθαρά σε ήσυχο μέρος ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και οικοδεσπότης γενικά άψογη διαμονή αξίζει τα χρήματα του.

-: Το μόνο που χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι το internet γιατί έχει πολύ αργή ταχύτητα.

+: The villa was all and all ok and the pool area was good. The location near Bali was nice If you have a car. But without a car you can not manage.

-: We had to wait for our villa for 2,5 hours even though the arrival time was supposed to be at 3 pm. When we arrived the manager said we should wait for one hour for the cleaning but it was 2,5 hours. With small children it wasn’t easy since they were tired from early flight. After waiting and pointing this to the manager he didn’t even appologise. Also the first evening the bunk bed broke when the three-year-old climbed on it. It was very dangerous moment and our hearts skipped a beat. We informed the manager, and he came after a few days. He seemed to blame us for the breaking the bed even though the bed was obviously broken before we came! That was rude! We had to live without one bedroom and our child could have been injured, but he blaimed us. Also there were several things missing from the villa: handsoap, cutting board, oil, salt, machine wash tablets etc. The coffeemaker totally sucked. It was therrible. The weird and a little concerning thing was that there was a lot (6-8) of random workers of the managers restaurant (or something) living in one villa. One night they played music in the pool area at 4 am. Also they blocked our cars with their cars in a tiny parking lot. We had to wait quite a while until one of them moved the car to get out. There was quite a lot of noice from a renovation site next door. That would have been nice to know up front. The biggest issue was the attitude. When we said these thing to the manager, he either didn’t care or blaimed us. Also the cleaning was promised to be in every three days, but it was made after four days. So many little things wrong with this otherwise nice villa.

+: The villa offered ample space, and the owner was always quick to respond to our needs. The staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The top balcony provided a fantastic view, and having a pool right outside the door was a unique and enjoyable feature. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a few bottles of water in the fridge, especially since supermarkets were a considerable distance away.

-: The place seemed to be in its off-season. Although the pool was unclean when we arrived, the manager assured us it would be usable the following day. However, it remained dirty, and the cleaning crew only showed up a day later. We experienced repeated issues with the pipes on the ground floor. Water from the sewage seeped in on three separate occasions, spreading an unpleasant odor throughout the building. This also increased the humidity, leading to mold formation in some corners. While I appreciate that the issues were addressed and cleaned up each time, it made for an uncomfortable stay. The furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The couch had visible stains, and the lamps were dusty. The kitchen equipment was particularly disappointing; many items were old, worn out, and in dire need of replacement. While the place was generally tidy, some items were notably aged and appeared to need an overhaul. The actual state of the accommodations was a letdown compared to the photos. The property has potential, but our experience was disappointing. It's not the kind of experience one hopes for on a holiday, unfortunately.

+: La literie est très bonne. L emplacement est bien à l écart de la ville donc calme, on entend les cloches des chèvres qui se baladent dans les montagnes c est agréable. Il est bien équipé ( quand cela fonctionne correctement) Piscine bien entretenu. Logement propre. Les femmes et hommes de ménages sont gentils.

-: Personne à notre acceuil. Des prestations tel que la navette pour l aéroport, location de vélo... qui était indiquer dans l annonce était fausse. Personne pour répondre à nos question pour se déplacer sur l île. Aucune documentation sur les bus, activités à faire.La clim à fuit dans l une des chambre. la machine à laver n essorez rien, ça a etait un enfer.
