+: Hotel is clean and in a great location
-: Travellers cannot rely on transfers from airport or to the port. We arranged transfer from airport and driver didn't turn up. We arranged for a transfer to the port the next morning only to be told it couldn't be arranged. Luckily there is a train station near by. My wife has mobility issues and it caused a lot of stress.
