+: Resort had a wide array of venues to suit every occasion. Whether it's a conference, wedding, or special event, there's a perfect space. The multiple pools are an oasis of relaxation, and the diverse restaurants cater to all tastes. The private beach adds a touch of exclusivity to our coastal experience.

+: Hotel's pricing was reasonable, considering the fantastic amenities and services offered. It provided excellent value for the quality of accommodation, dining, and activities provided during my stay. Overall, I found it to be a money-friendly choice without compromising on the overall experience.

-: Service was poor. We were missed sold a half board upgrade on checkin. It cost us a lot more money than if we had just paid for each meal. Staff unhelpful with dealing with the matter. Promised call from the manager to address the situation never came! The games room is great, but there is no change machine for the air hockey pool table and arcade machines. The bar staff just send you to reception which is a long uphill walk away. They have a limited amount of change there. It would be a great idea to keep a coin box behind the bar so guest can get change

The sunny terrace was the perfect spot to unwind, while the private hotel beach invites us to indulge in exclusive coastal relaxation. We enjoyed the great outdoors of the hotel like never before.

Aerobics Classes: I kept active with invigorating aerobics sessions that energized my day Live MusicPerformances: The vibrant atmosphere of live music and performances added a special touch to my evenings. Cooking Classes: I joined a cooking class to learn new culinary skills and savor local flavours. Local Cultural ToursLessons: Exploring the local culture through guided tours and lessons provided a deeper understanding of the area's heritage. I'll be back next summer for more!

The morning breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh and delicious options that catered to various tastes. The service was impeccable and the staff was attentive to every need. Additionally, the lightning-fast Wi-Fi made staying connected effortless, enhancing the overall experience.

+: Radisson is a superb hotel chain, and my experience at their property was exceptional. The numerous restaurants offered delicious cuisine, and the attentive waitstaff added to the overall dining pleasure. It's a testament to Radisson's quality and hospitality.

Qualität des Essens mangelhaft, Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten anstatt einer ordentlichen Espressomaschine.Early check-in Anfrage wurde ignoriert. Flughafentransfer zu teuer (haben wir deshalb woanders gebucht).Falsche Angaben auf Booking bezüglich der Zimmer und Checkout-Zeit.Inkompetentes Personal an der Rezeption. Verlangten einen Voucher beim Check-in (Sind wir im letzten Jahrtausend?). Reklamationen werden sehr schlecht gehandhabt.Privater Pool dreckig und kalt weil ständig im Schatten.Keine Privatsphäre im Außenbereich des Zimmers. Die Strandvilla ist weder eine Villa, noch liegt sie am Strand.WLAN fiel ständig aus. Nur eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag.Die Anlage stinkt nach Kanal, auch im Innenbereich.Hoffnungslos unterbesetzt.Alles in allem eine maßlos überteuerte Enttäuschung, die rein gar nichts mit 5* gemeinsam hat.Niemals wieder
