The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes. The 5-star Rethymno Mare Hotel is located in the seaside resort of Skaleta, 11 km from the picturesque town of Rethymnon. There is a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a tennis court, a beach bar and luxurious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Business services are provided.
The air-conditioned rooms and suites at the Rethymno Mare Hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a safe, bathrobes and slippers. Upon arrival, guests are provided with a bottle of wine, mineral water, fresh fruit and flowers.
Drinks are served at the Poseidon Bar by the pool, and light meals are served in the Jasmine Snack Bar. The Hermes restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet style. For guests, they regularly organize cooking in the open kitchen and organize themed evenings.
At the pool and on the beach there are sun loungers and umbrellas. In the hotel you can play table tennis, darts and do aerobics. +: Posizione e vista meravigliosi. Servizi interni buoni e numerosi, piscine, vari bar, campo tennis, scivoli d'acqua ecc. Personale eccezionale ed accogliente. Cibo ottimo e di qualità, anche se con poca scelta durante la settimana. Piscina esclusiva della camera ultra-consigliata.
-: Struttura in alcuni parti un pó datata, anche se pienamente fruibile. Bagno in camera da rimodernare, ma perfettamente funzionante, per raggiungere il livello della struttura esterna. Pulizia delle camere da migliorare

+: Personnel vraiment gentil,disponible et souriant avec une mention spéciale pour Maria au bar de la plage Linda et Zambia au pool bar ainsi que Daniela, Ahmed et Mathias de l’équipe d’animation.
-: Abords de la piscine glissant, la propreté de la salle de bain est vraiment à revoir -L’équipe d’animation est pauvre en ressources — plus de musique après 23h et la fermeture du bar à 23h30 — plus de snacks (au moins du sucré) après 21h30Établissement, finalement cher pour ce qu’il propose - mais malgré tout, sympa pour les familles.

+: Das Essen war immer top und die Sauberkeit im Essbereich (und in der ganzen Anlage) wurde mit viel Personal(das immer nett und höflich war, nicht störend) ganz oben angestellt. (Soweit es bei soviel Gästen machbar ist). Grosse Anlage mit Möglichkeiten der Abwechslung (Pool für Familien und Animation, Pool ab 16 Jahre, Waterpark). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Anlage und ca. 10 Gehminuten (sichtweite) entfernt ebenfalls mit ausreichender Auswahl und Souvenirs. Weg zum Strand ca. 5 Gehminuten. Liegen und Schirme am Pool und Strand kostenfrei(am Strand gegen Aufpreis im Poolbarbereich unter Sonnensegel gegen Aufpreis). Sehr freundliches bemühtes Personal an den Bars und an der Rezeption. Es war für uns ein entspannter Urlaub.
