+: nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec piscine privée. c'était une très belle surprise et nous avons beaucoup aimé cela. particulièrement, une mention spéciale a monsieur vaiyilis qui a été extraordinaire avec nous et qui nous a expliqué tous les bons endroits et lieux a visiter. le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. les lits absolument confortables, le personnel aux petits soins, la navette était un vrai bonus.

+: Nice atmosphere, cleanness, the shuttle between Mykonos town and the hotel, some staffs are very friendly (especially a cleaning lady was super nice)
-: Two things which worsen our experience, which should not happen in any hotel in this price.1. We asked the reception to give us a parasol for our swimming pool because the other room which is the same type as our room had it. I asked it twice but they didn't reply to me at all and we couldn'thave it eventually although they said they will check. 2. We ordered room service, the lady told us that she brought it to a different room because I told them a wrong room number, but actually I told them a correct number. Her attitude disappointed me because she said something like it was my fault.
