+: The customer service- front desk were extremely nice and always were willing to help. In addition, the room was big and nice. Plus, the front desk send a daily desert in the evening to the room which was a very nice touch!

+: Breakfast selection was amazing and everything homemade which is great. Staff was really helpful, always there for us. The shuttle bus service to Mynonos town was great too!! Perfect relaxing stay!!!

+: The staff was extremely accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about Dimitri. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our room. He made excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. John was also very helpful in directing us to the places that we wanted to see. On our last night room service showed up gifting us a delicious lemon meringue pie. I have no doubt this was the thoughtfulness of Dimitri and John. We intended to thank them in the morning but they both had the day off.
-: The shuttle was convenient but could run more often that every two hours.
