Just 5 mi from Chania Town, the adults-only Giannoulis - Santa Marina Plaza is beautifully located on the beach of St. Marina. It features a swimming pool and free private on-site parking.
Modernly decorated, all air-conditioned rooms open to a balcony with straight or side views of the Cretan Sea or the garden. +: Aamiainen oli hyvä ja valikoima runsas. Hotellin sijainti rannalla oli loistava. Hotelli oli ihanan rauhallinen.

+: Kamer werd heel goed schoongemaakt. Altijd wel plek aan het zwembad of strand. Aardig personeel. Locatie was top, zodra je het hotel uit liep had je al veel leuke restaurantjes. Alles op loopafstand. Afstand naar Chania is ook top, makkelijk te bereiken met de auto.
-: Ontbijt was prima, maar niet heel wisselend en niet veel keus. Voor ons als stel misschien iets te rustig en veel ouderen die er rondliepen.

-: Unfortunately, the experience we had with the hotel manager was quite dubious, We booked 2 rooms facing the sea, the first night we were told there was a problem with 1 room and we were given lunch at the pool as compensation. and a bottle of wine. (which we returned and did not use), while promising that the next day the matter would be settled, the next day we got a room with a sea view and not a sea front (which is more expensive), when I complained about it, the hotel manager told me that this is what he could give me. When I asked him for his details, he gave me a hotel card without mentioning his name!!! Until this moment I have not received back the cost difference I paid for the room i booked I explained that a voucher for lunch at the pool is to make fun of us, but I got no response. The furniture and the rooms are very old.
