+: Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, am meisten haben uns die Säfte geschmeckt - so frisch und lecker. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist sowieso ein Traum. Die Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption über Whatsapp ist nicht zu glauben, denn man kriegt innerhalb von Sekunden eine Rückmeldung und einem wird geholfen. Beim einchecken haben wir nasse Handtücher mit Lavendel und einen Willkommensdrink bekommen. Wir hatten hier unsere Flitterwochen und hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können - danke, dass ihr es genauso verschönert habt.

+: La beauté du lieu ainsi que de l'hébergement. La gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable. La piscine principale comme la piscine que nous avions dans notre logement. Le fait que l'on nous apporte gratuitement de l'eau tous les matins (eau non potable à Santorin).

+: The property was amazing and such an exceptional staff which greeted us when we pulled up. Even the 2 ladies in the Soa stayed late to show us around. Loved them both.

-: During our recent vacation, we decided to splurge on a luxurious experience at Santorini North, enticed by its glossy online depiction. The reality, however, turned out to be a stark contrast to the idyllic retreat we had envisioned. Our grievances primarily revolve around the unheated jacuzzi, language barriers with staff, overpriced restaurant, and the underwhelming breakfast spread.Our suite, a supposedly epitome of luxury, boasted a private jacuzzi - a feature that significantly influenced our decision to book. Much to our dismay, the jacuzzi was not heated, stripping away the comforting warmth we sought during the chilly evenings. A chilly jacuzzi is the last thing one would expect in a luxury suite, especially when the price tag is hefty. The unheated jacuzzi was a sheer disappointment, a glaring evidence of the lapse in providing the promised luxury.Communicating with the staff was another hurdle we frequently encountered. To our astonishment, many of the staff members had a poor grasp of English, making simple conversations a tedious chore. It's baffling how a high-end resort, catering to an international clientele, overlooked such a fundamental aspect. The language barrier significantly affected our stay, making it difficult to convey our needs and concerns, adding a layer of unnecessary stress to our supposed relaxing retreat.Our displeasure extended to the on-site restaurant, where the menu prices were exorbitantly high. While we were prepared to pay a premium for a fine dining experience, the value did not match the cost. The dishes, although presented elegantly, lacked the depth of flavor and finesse we anticipated. It felt like we were paying more for the ambiance than the actual culinary experience, which was a letdown.The breakfast spread was yet another disappointment. Despite being a luxury resort, the variety at breakfast was quite limited. The mundane selection failed to cater to different palates and dietary preferences.

+: It’s very exclusive and you feel so pampered because the staff will literally help you with EVERYTHING - booking tours (our catamaran), recommending food places, helping you book taxi and car services and other little changes and requests in between. The rooms are beautiful and the spa is also one of a kind! Even the spa staff are very accommodating. I have no complaints about this place at all. If we could return again soon, we would! ☺️

+: From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the team were amazing. The hotel facilities are stunning but the team of staff are first class. From the main reception team, the bar and restaurant staff (food is lovely), to the ladies in the spa, everyone was so professional but also friendly, welcoming, helpful, accommodating and attentive.I loved the idea of chatting to the reception team by WhatsApp - very innovative and so helpful when out on day trips, for example to ask them to arrange a return taxi. All in all, an amazing experience.

-: Our private pool freezing, so unfortunately we were unable to use it. Shame as this is one of the reasons we chose the room and were really looking forward to it.
