-: Good to know that since it is an old building in the old center, the taxi cannot come directly and there are stairs to get up to the room.But the stuff was so helpful with all,that it did not affect our stay,but made charming.

+: The location of the hotel is the best in Chania and maybe in Crete ,its in the center of the old harbour.The breakfast is really good!The service was PERFECT, Cristina and Anita was so Kind to us.Cristina helped us to discover Chania and the erea with a lot of patience and kindness.She really upgraded our vacation.Thank you 🙏🏼

+: מלון קטן , בוטיק, במיקום נפלא ומרכזי, חדר מעוצב בעיצוב מודרני עם הקפדה על כל פרט, מרווח מאד, שירות לבבי ונעים, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. בכל קומה 2-3 חדרים ורק חדר אחד בכל קומה פונה אל הים. מתוך שלושת החדרים שהזמנו חדר אחד פנה אל הים והיה כייף גדול לשבת על המרפסת הקטנה ולצפות בנוף הנמל, אך גם 2 החדרים הנוספים היו נהדרים, עם מרפסות לכיוון הסמטה ומרפסת גג אחת. חששנו מענין החנייה אך יש חניה ציבורית נוחה בכיכר קרובה , קבלנו הנחייה מהמלון והיה מאד נוח. הליכה של כמה דקות במישור. ממליצים לבוא לא תצטערו.
-: רק דבר קטן אחד, יש גרם מדרגות אחד שאין במקומו מעלית. המעלית היא רק בקומות 2-3.

+: the breakfast was amazing, outstanding -- and different every day (very creative). All Staff were so kind, helpful. Reception staff were outstanding, so welcoming, helpful throughout out visit. Very good with recommendations, from where to eat, to parking. They consistently went above and beyond expectations. We enjoyed absolutely every interaction with them, they made our visit such a positive experience.
-: We could have stayed longer!! Seriously, we were very sorry to leave, 4 nights were good but it could easily have been longer, with so much to do in the Chania area.

+: Lovely building with good size rooms. Fantastic location in the heart of everything but still quiet. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast.
-: Shower part of room, which happens a lot in Greece, but this leaked into the room. Tap was out of ceiling above sink which gave no pressure. Only there for one night so not too much of a problem.
