Located in Kato Gouves Village, Sea View Beachfront Villa Peri is 98 feet from the sandy beach. It features a fully equipped unit with free WiFi and views of the Cretan Sea. Fitted with a fireplace, this elegantly decorated and air-conditioned, 3-level villa opens to a furnished balcony and a terrace. It consists of 4 separate bedrooms, a living room with sofas and flat-screen, satellite TV, as well as a kitchen with dining area and oven with hobs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are included. Guests may relax at the sun terrace or enjoy the games room where a pool table is available. Activities in the surrounding area include golfing, cycling and horse riding. A restaurant, a café bar and a mini market for the basic supplies can be found within short walking distance. The center of Heraklion City and Nikos Kazantzakis International Airport are 16 mi away, and Sea View Beachfront Villa Peri offers a one-way transfer from the airport to the property.. Free private parking is possible on site.

+: המיקום מהמם, בעיירת נופש מדהימה ויפה, מול הים אוויר מדהים, סופרים לקנייה של מצרכים ומסעדות במרחק הליכה על הטיילתף המטבח מאובזר בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל, מגבות בשפע , וילה נקייה , משחקים לילדים, הסנוקר , הדירה יותר יפה במציאות מאשר בתמונות , ממש ממש נהנו , המענה היה מהיר , נעים ונוח

+: Ci è piaciuto molto l’arredamento della casa e la posizione fronte mare. Molto comoda, vicina a ristoranti, super market e spiagge attrezzate, tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La casa era attrezzata anche di giochi per bambini, biliardo e numerosi elettrodomestici.

+: אהבנו הכל. הווילה מצוידת בכל מה שצריך ואף מעבר. היינו 8 אנשים והסתדרנו מצוין. המטבח מלא בכל מה שצריך ובשפע, יש הרבה כלי מיטהמגבות. הציעו לנו שירות ניקיון באמצע השהייה, אנחנו בחרנו לוותר כי לא הזדקקנו, אבל זה היה יפה מצידם להציע. כיבדו אותנו בבקבוקי מים, סלסלת פירות עשירה, עוגיות, קפסולות למכונת הקפה. המיקום מול החוף, המרפסת והמדשאה, פשוט נהדר.

+: La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces et de tavernes à pied, tout en ayant un environnement calme. Elle fait partie d’un alignement de plusieurs maisons quasi identiques et nous avions la chance d’avoir des voisins non bruyants. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle, la terrasse est bien aménagée (fauteuils et table à manger avec sièges, génial le petit-déjeuner face à la mer) et on profite à tout instant de la vue panoramique sur la mer. Grand avantage : il suffit de traverser la rue (peu de circulation) pour se baigner et à 20 mètres, on trouve des transats (9€ pour 2 avec parasol). La maison était très propre, elle a tout le confort nécessaire et est très bien équipée. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Bonne qualité de literie. Nous étions ravis de l’énorme panier de fruits et des boissons à notre arrivée. Nous avions laissé des lunettes de vue dans la villa et la propriétaire nous a immédiatement proposé de nous les renvoyer par courrier. La maison était pour nous idéale pour profiter de la région (Knossos à 20 minutes) et est proche de l’aéroport sans que le bruit des avions ne dérange. On reviendra dans cette maison si on est dans la région.
