Smartline Village Resort & Waterpark is located in Hersonissos, 16 mi from the capital of Crete, Heraklio town, 19 mi from the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos and the famous village of Elounda from which you can access the Unesco protected island of Spinalonga.

+: מלון חדש, נפתח ביולי 2024.מלון מצויין למשפחה עם ילדים קטנים.המון פעילויות לילדים וגם למבוגרים, אוכל טעים ובשפע.מגלשות מים שמתאימות לכל הגילאים, הילדים מאוד נהנו.צוות טוב שתמיד דואג לכל הצרכים הנדרשים.בשורה התחתונה היה כיף גדול, מומלץ.

+: Very stylish, very family friendly but with an adult pool works for people without children too. Perfect with our children (7,4) - the water park and activities were brilliant, the team who run the kids club and evening events couldn’t have been lovelier and hard working! The food was brilliant, a lot of variety. The gym was beautiful and a lovely place to work out. A wonderful holiday.

-: The only flaw was the a la carte ‘Asian’ restaurant (broad!). Either commit to one country and make it really good or just don’t bother I’d say. It was terrible. But a minor thing compared to how great everything else was.

+: מלון יפהפייה!! הנוף משגע ,החדרים גדולים מרוויחים האווירה משגעת , בריכה ופארק מים מושקע .האוכל בשפע,היה טעים תמיד מצאנו מה לקחת במסעדות שהמלון מציע: המקסיקנית הכי טעימה השאר קצת טעון שיפור עצה קטנה להזמין מקום כבר בצק אין שיהיה לכם מקום במסעדות באמת נהנו הילדים חגגו היה פעילויות והצגות לילדים ממליצה בהחלט

+: ארוחת בוקר עשירה וכמו כן כל כל ארוחת המלון מגוונות ועשירות. המסעדה המקסיקנית היתה מעולה היוונית והאסיאתית קצת פחות

-: שירות החדרים טעון שיפור חיכיתי למעלה מ5 שעות למגבות. אין רום סרוויס ואין מלצרים האזור הבריכה.

-: Alcohol is realy realy low qulity. LowwwwwThe beds are toooooo soft, not comfrtable. Service of the crew is not nice.. Not there yet.. The hotel is new.. They dont undrstand what is it to serve guests.Food is basic, not good.We had A bad smell during our all vacation in the Room from the plumbing.The walking around the hotel is very hard because its on hill, an high one!!!!!But, Hoteling is all about Service and They are not there..
