Smartline Village Resort & Waterpark is located in Hersonissos, 16 mi from the capital of Crete, Heraklio town, 19 mi from the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos and the famous village of Elounda from which you can access the Unesco protected island of Spinalonga.
There is a waterpark with super-fun slides on site for all guests, including children, as well as various day and night bars. The hotel features a unique composition of garden and trees creating an authentic Cretan village atmosphere.
You can play mini soccer, ping-pong and enjoy family activities with the international animation team. The area is also popular for biking. Nearby is the world-renowned Crete Golf, the Creta Aquarium and the ancient monument of Knossos.

+: Très bon accueil, plus tôt que prévu mais la chambre était prête, nous avons pu manger dès le midi au restaurant, ou les plats sont bons et où l’on note l’effort de varier les repas tout en évitant le gaspillage des jours précédent. Le personnel était très pro et gentil. L’hôtel est bien équipé en piscines, seuls les équipements sportifs et jeux d’enfants auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Idéalement situé par rapport à l’aéroport (25min). Les animations pour les enfants semblaient être très appréciés par ceux ci.
-: Piscines froides en cette saison mais logique au vu de la saison même si celle des tout petits aurait pu être chauffée.

+: It's a nice hotel, if you don't have high expectations for the hotel, you can choose it, but it's not the standard of four-star European hotels, it's rather a super three-star hotel with very tasty food, nice staff, cool slides, quite nice rooms.

+: Ολο το προσωπικό ήταν με το χαμόγελο κ πολύ ευγενικό- φιλικό αν κ τέλος της σεζόν. Το φαγητό πολύ πολύ καλό κ η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη

+: On a passé une excellente semaine en famille.Mes enfants se sont éclaté, avec le complexe piscine, les animateurs sont aux top ( ils sont français et parlait anglais).Les chambres étaient propres ( nettoyé tous les jours).L hôtel est très bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel est super.La nourriture est bonne.
-: L hôtel est un peu loin mais des navettes gratuites nous dépose pas loin d une plage et du centre

+: Greit plass for barnefamilier, noe aktiviteter for barn. Greit barnebasseng og matkroken der. Mye variert mat i restauranten.
-: Kan ikke si mye negativt, all-inklusive med lokale alkoholer og masse-produsert mat er ikke mine greie. Litten ulemper er plassering av hotellet, en god del skyer oppstå under vått opphold mens par km unna var det sol.
