+: Super friendly staff!!! Great aqua gym team! Nice food! Great location close to Rhodes medieval town. 2 nice swimming pools. Great weather in October 2023. Great balcony view towards the garden and sea (room 302).
-: We stayed in room 302 and could hear noise from room 303 very clear. It didn’t disturb us a lot but it could be improved.

+: Pool, Not Large but at least there were 2 pool areas. One pool seemed to attract families which left the smaller pool clear for couples. Gardens and pool surrounding garden areas poorly maintained.
-: Overcrowding at meal times. Understaffed. It was like a cattle market. Whole impression of everything was that, it was poorly managed. The staff were tried their very best, but it was impossible to give the service we would have expected. THIS IS A 2 ** HOTEL
