+: Hotel grounds including the private beach were fantastic and well maintained. Really beautiful views of the ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the views.
-: The hot food options in the "half-board" restaurant were very basic. Didn't try the other restaurants on site as we decided to explore other restaurants nearby.The service from the restaurant staff at breakfast was just ok. It was getting towards the end of the season and it really felt like it. The service lacked warmth and attentiveness on some days which was very disappointing for a hotel like this..

+: The restaurants were lovely, food very tasty, especially the a la carte, breakfast sitting under the trees looking at the view was amazing, so nice to have the complete selection of lovely fresh food. Loved the cooked to order eggs etc. Bar service was brilliant, all the staff were so friendly. Loved the freshwater "back" pool for doing my lengths in the afternoon. The infinity pool beautiful to look at but salty so only went in once.

-: Les différences de prix pour les mêmes prestations entre la réservation directe à l hôtel, booking.com et autres type verychic.com, voyages privés.com Très attachés au Nicolas Bay, nous souhaiterions plus de transparence sur les tarifs sachant que certains opérateurs annoncent des informations erronées (ex booking.com qui annonce que le spa est fermé du 0107 au 31102023 alors que ce n est pas vrai)

-: le peu d,interet pour la nouriture en demie pension et nous faire attendre le soir pour rentrer dans le restaurant alors q,il y a de la place .le jacuzzi de la baignoire ne fonctionne pas .ampoule a change qui n,a pas ete fait.precense de milles pattes dans la chambre !!
