-: Хотелът има проблем с канализацията. Мирише неприятно и очевидно се нуждае от ремонт. Първата вечер климатикът в една от двете заявени стаи не работеше. Оказа се, че се програмира от рецепцията, а дежурната рецепциониска не знаеше как да се справи с проблема.
