+: Modern, clean, cleaner calls every day & brings fresh towels. Best roomapartment had in Kavos in 6 yrs of coming.Staff friendly & helpful.Would definitely stay again.

+: Love how spacious the rooms were, we got the quadrouple room which was in the older block yet we were still more than satisfied with what we got. perfect location, really recommend PULSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-: there were two downfalls we found with the room. one being ants ants infesting the bathroom and the other being no cutlery or crockery. but we made do and when we asked for a knife we were given one.

+: The room was like on the pictures this was the only one good thing about this Resort.

-: When we arrived, 2 guy was in the “reception” ( the reception is one bar, next to the street). We told them, that we have payed holiday in this Resort, for 12 days. They start to talk with us on really nervous way because they had no information about our arrival. We showd them our reservation so they had no choice just to gave us our room.The room was like on the pictures, but there was no toilet Seat on the toilet, we had to wait 3 days to get it.When we took a shower, all the water came back from the pipes, but they didnt provide it anything for us to clean it. (Was just simply disgusting) In the bar, every night they have a disco or live performance what is so loud, so its not possible to sleep in quiet, and this thing was not mentioned here on booking this was just a suprise in the first night.But it was mentioned that they have Wi-fi connection, but the Wi-fi what they have is just not working, you can not connect to it.The breakfast what is in the price is the same every day, so better if you go to eat somewhere else every morning, and dont pay the breakfast because is just wasting money. The pool is always full with peoples, so not possible to use. (Just if you like 10 peoples in your private area) I dont recommend at all, this Resort, you can find more better places, with kind and helpful peoples.

+: Friendly staff and great live shows and in a good location for restaurants and beach, or you can relax around the pool.

-: Paní uklízečka některé dny vůbec nedorazila a musely jsme si dojít na recepci pro čisté ručníky a koupit toaletní papír, v pokoji bylo stále velké množství mravenců a i přes zavřené dveře na balkon byla slyšet velmi hlasitá hudba.

+: Одлична услуга, леп дизајн и одлична величина соба, одличан базен, леп поглед са терасе.

-: Неки пешкири су били прљави. Мали избор доручка.
