Property Theoxenia Caldera Hotel is situated in the center of Fira on Santorini Island, located directly on the cliffs overlooking the volcano caldera. Santorini International Airport is approximately 6 kilometers away, while Athinios Port is 8 kilometers from the hotel.

+: Location couldn't be better, the whole caldera view steps from my door. Staff friendly and capable. Enjoyed cool water spa, again metres from my door, and breakfasts were large and enjoyable. Staff helped organise transport to airport & with luggage. Many steps to room, but any pain is worth that view. Main entrance straight on to one of main streets. Rooms comfortable & spacious, bathroom modern & plenty of towels. In all, a great visit, heartily recommend.
