+: Wonderful location, beautiful new modern hotel, kind, attentive staff, many pools, three to be exact. They treated us to musical programs every evening. I would like to highlight two additional things. 1. sea view private pool suite was amazing. 2. upon check-out, the hotel gave a gift (ouzo+glasses+local sweets) They can help with car rental and boat trips at the reception.

+: The food was really good. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to make us feel at home (we are grateful for that).

-: Shower cabin & toliet needed maintenance. For a 5 star hotel, these things should at least look pleasant. Black marks in de shower (mold?), rusty wastebasket and toilet brush.

+: Tsamis is secluded and very chilled which is what we wanted but close enough to reach neighbouring towns with a scootercar. there was a supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance. The pools and grounds were lovely but the rooms are certainly not 5* in our experience, we had a superior suite and private pool, the food on a whole was very good, the breakfast buffet was lovely as was the all day menu, evening food offerings, drinks and cocktails prices were slightly too expensive for what they were.

-: the room was very tired and in need of maintenance our bed was not made up for each day of stay which was disappointing, the towels were quite worn and the toiletry offerings very poor (shampoo and body wash 2in1 and moisturiser) you expect far more from 5* facilities. main down falls for Tsamis were the toilets at the infinity pool which were vile (dark, dingy and poorly maintained not cleaned throughout day) and also the ones in the buffet restaurant were poor, service wise it was one extreme to another - staff would clear your plate away at breakfast the second you picked up the last mouthful of food but glasses and plates around the pool area would be there all day until you left. Breakfast lady would also make you feel like a naughty child every morning.

+: Hele mooie look en feel. Fijn dat er meerdere zwembaden zijn en dat je zo de zee in kan lopen. Het personeel is extreem aardig en behulpzaam

+: The view and facilities are great! Very nice staff and simply just a beautiful hotel with amazing pools and access to a lovely beach.

-: The breakfast wasn’t really what I’m used to for a 5 star hotel, but it wasn’t bad.
