+: The private beach was beautiful. The a la carte restaurants (which we learned upon arrival are not included in all inclusive) were great!
-: The a la carte restaurants are not included in all inclusive, only the buffet. That was very disappointing since nothing in our booking mentioned this. People took up the beach cabanas with towels and didn’t use them.

-: Questo hotel è al massimo un 3 stelle E SICURAMENTE NON È UN ALL INCLUSIVE!Per raggiungere le ville bisogna uscire dalla struttura e attraversare la strada principale in prossimità di una curva (molto pericoloso per chi ha bambini piccoli). L'accesso all'area è libero senza alcun controllo poiché il cancello rimane sempre aperto e non c'è un guardiano.INOLTRE NELLE VICINANZE CI SONO DELLE VILLE IN COSTRUZIONE E C'È MOLTO RUMORE TUTTO IL GIORNO (DAL LUNEDÌ AL SABATO)In questo hotel i servizi sono inesistenti, c'è pochissimo personale e gli spazi sono molto ridotti per il numero di persone ospitate.La pulizia degli spazi comuni (piscine, bar, ristorante e spiaggia) e la manutenzione sono pari a zero: ombrelloni e tende rotte mai sistemati e rifiuti abbandonati in spiaggia e nei pressi delle piscine che non vengono mai rimossi.In spiaggia non c'è un responsabile che controlla e la gente tiene occupati (con vestiti e altri oggetti) i lettini e gli ombrelloni tutto il giorno senza dare la possibilità agli altri di prendere il sole o di stare un pochino all'ombra. Per poter trovare un posto in spiaggia bisogna andare In spiaggia prima delle 8.00 (INACCETTABILE PER CHI È IN VACANZA E VUOLE RIPOSARE)Il ristorante è molto caotico e rumoroso con un buffet piccolo e poco rifornito rispetto al numero di ospiti. Il cibo di bassa qualità. Ci sono pochi camerieri, il servizio delle bevande è lento e molti tavoli rimangono sporchi per molto tempo.INOLTRE NON È UN VERO ALL INCLUSIVE!!!Si può mangiare solo al buffet perché i ristoranti alla carte sono tutti extra e molto difficili da prenotare. Durante la giornata i bar delle piscine e della spiaggia (aperti dalle 11.00 alle 18.00) forniscono solo acqua e bevande. Non sono previsti snack e i gelati sono a pagamento. Anche il frigo bar delle ville non viene mai rifornito nel corso della giornata e il servizio in camera è a pagamento. ASSOLUTAMENTE INACCETTABILE PER IL COSTO PAGATO!
