+: Первый раз по всем пунктам ставлю 10 баллов. Останавливались во многих Ritz Carlton, здесь все было идеально. Отличный завтрак по меню в ресторане,вкусная стильная кофейня-кондитерская в холле отеля, отличная спа зона. У нас был клубный номер, поэтому свободное время проводили в клубном лаунже, там весь день были представлены закуски,фрукты,хороший алкоголь и очень внимательное обслуживание,советую!! Отдельное спасибо девушке Полине за внимательное отношение и профессионализм.Полина была отзывчива во всем с самого начала заезда и встрече на ресепшене , любая незначительная просьба сразу выполнялась , даже забронировать столик в ресторанах города. Очень приятно такое внимательное отношение,хочется еще раз вернуться,что мы и сделаем в марте . -: меню room service можно сделать по разнообразнее.

+: местоположение отеля, услуги горничных, швейцаров и подносчиков багажа -: Завтраков «шведский стол» нет, очень скудный выбор меню завтраков, одним словом никакой. Спа зоне рекомендую уделить руководству внимание. температура воды в бассейне и джакузе не соответствует заявленной( чуть не сварились в джакузи-кипятке в один день, в другой день было очень холодно в зоне у бассейна. Лежаки с неубранными полотенцами, столики с пустыми стаканами, ощущение заброшенности)

+: Удобная локация,приятный интерьер -: Мало русскоговорящего персонала, учитывая,что 80% постояльцев русские. Не пополняли все расходники во время уборки. Принесли грязные ватные палочки. Завтрак, который заказывало в номер, всегда был разный по составу, хотя заказ не менялся. Постоянно что-то забывали донести и несли по под часа. Очень не довольны!

+: Отличная локация, очень услужливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, консьерж-сервис супер! Бесплатно повысили категорию номера, за что отдельное спасибо! Я прилетела без чемодана (Аэрофлот потерял багаж) и первый раз увидела не просто сочувствие персонала, а реальную помощь: мне предложили дать всё, начиная от дезодоранта - заканчивая пижамой. Есть Русскоговорящий персонал на ресепшн и в клубной гостиной -: 1. Не работал бассейн. Мы приезжали на выходные, хотели именно расслабиться, отдохнуть. Когда звонили в отель перед заездом, сказали, что всё работает. А по факту - такой неприятный сюрприз. Причём не работал он все 3 дня, что мы были. 2. Есть проблемы с уборкой. При заезде в гостиной на столе были пятна от стаканов. За 3 дня их никто так и не убрал.3. Почему-то не было приветственного комплимента при заезде. Сколько раз останавливалась в других отелях этой сети, всегда угощают фруктами или сладеньким. А тут ничего, хотя и жили в люксе. 4.
