+: The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. My friend was in a wheelchair, and one of the staff would come to the room to wheel her to and from breakfast. Also if they saw me wheeling her they would step in and take over , just wonderful..

-: Abbiamo cercato di contattare la struttura via mail senza mai ricevere risposta. Da un 5 stelle dopo la prenotazione ci si aspetta un minimo di attenzione. In bagno c’erano delle cose rotte e mal funzionanti. Quanti siamo stati in piscina nessuno é venuto a chiederci se volessimo qualcosa, cosa che hanno fatto per altri clienti, sempre cose che non sono rilevanti ma dal momento che si paga un 5 stelle….Nella colazione mancano yougurt e latte vegan. Ma soprattuto cosa abbastanza grave mancano gli ALLERGENI!!! ho dovuto chiedere per tutto il mio soggiorno cosa ci fosse nel cibo.

+: يجب أن يكون فيه تنوع في الإفطار لأن اغلب الإفطار خلال فترة إقامتنا كان إفطار أسيوي. موقع الفندق ممتاز حيث ان كل ما تحتاج إليه موجود حولك و بالقرب منك.

+: 空港近くにあるため、出国の際に便利です。部屋はかなり広く清潔です。夜は車の音が気になると思いますので、耳栓を用意すると良いと思います。朝食は種類も豊富で時間も長くゆっくりとできました。併設されているレストランもお洒落で料理も美味しかったです。スタッフは親切です。

+: Room was so spacious and breakfast was awesome, one of the staffs we did not ask for her name, she tried to get bake bean for my son eventhough it wasn't served on the breakfast that day, we really appreciate that.
-: My son said the pool was not deep enough :) but for us they are all great!
