+: Das erste Problem war, dass wir das Hotel nicht finden konnten, da der Eingangsbereich eine große Baustelle (Mai 2024) war. Es fehlte ein größeres Hinweisschild. Unser Fahrer ist mehrfach die Straße hoch und runter, hat Leute gefragt, aber keiner konnte helfen. Erst nach telefonischem Kontakt, kam jemand heraus und hat uns heran gewunken. Unser Zimmer (Poolvilla mit Blick auf die Reisterrassen) hatten wir extra ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht. An der provisorischen Rezeption, wollte man uns ohne Hinweis ein anderes Zimmer unterschieben. Bei genauerer Betrachtung ist es uns aber aufgefallen. Angeblich war unser Zimmer doppelt gebucht, dann hieß es es war ein Systemfehler und dann hat der Besitzer gewechselt. Es war alles sehr dubios. Da wir sehr spät erst angekommen sind, hatten wir so kurzfristig auch keine Möglichkeit mehr das Hotel zu wechseln. Wir haben somit 1 Nacht (statt 3 Nächte), in einem anderen Zimmer als von uns gebucht, verbracht. Aber willkommen fühlten wir uns nicht. Auch preislich ist man uns nicht entgegengekommen obwohl wir schon so zeitig unser Wunschzimmer gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer zugewiesene war sehr geräumig, schön und sauber. Müsste allerdings mal renoviert werden. Die Hotelanlage (Pool und Restaurantbereich) war sehr schön. Direkt im Grünen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auf Grund unserer Erfahrung können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Schade ☹️

+: Room was amazing overlooking the pool and surrounding rice fields. Restaurant food was excellent quality and good prices. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful
-: Free shuttle into Ubud needs to be more frequent. Building works also were noisy at times which spoilt the tranquility during the daytime with drilling and building noise.

+: Le calme et la gentillesse du personnel.La mise à disposition d'une navette pour le centre ville est un réel plus. Pas de grand luxe, mais tout le confort nécessaire dans un endroit calme et verdoyant..Bon rapport qualité-prix !
