-: That lagoon pool access rooms are not available thru online booking. But they are advertised on Bookings.com. Once they have your money they don't care. I feel heartened by the many who agree on Bali FB sites.

+: Pool was good, clean. Liked that it was close to a laundry service.
-: The room wasn't ready on checkin, and we had to wait a few hours for our room. Wasn't clean when we finally could enter the room. Air-conditioner leaked. Had to ask for toilet paper. The room wasn't cleaned til late afternoon on a during our stay.Wouldn't recommend this resort and will not be returning.
