Bali Relaxing Resort and Spa is within a 15-minute drive from Bali Collection Nusa Dua and a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The hotel can arrange for airport pick-up services at a charge.

+: Nagyon kedves személyzet, segítőkészek, mosolyognak, bármiben rendelkezésre állnak. Magasabb kategóriás szobát (erkélyes, medencére néző) ajánlott választani, mert a standard kritikán aluli. Nekünk szobát kellett cserélnünk, kérés nélkül rögtön megmutatták mielőtt ráfizettünk, ott felejtettünk a hűtőben egy üdítőt és utánunk hozták, tényleg nagyon kedvesek. Ár-érték arányban medencézéshez vagy csillagtúrák kiinduló pontjaként ideális lehet. Reggeli bőséges, a medence szép, tiszta, napozó ágyak kényelmesek. Kihozzák a helyzetből a maximumot, de egy renoválás és egy alapos takarítás nagyon ráférne. Így a második szobával korrektnek mondanám a maga árkategóriájában, de nagy csodára nem szabad számítani.
-: Ez egy viszonylag régi hotel, ami egy kicsit kívül esik a forgatagtól. Az első szoba amit kaptunk (standard) dohos, büdös volt, a wc undorító kb 30 éves wc deszkával, amit ugyan próbáltak tisztára súrolni, de van ami már nem jön le. Nagyon későn, hulla fáradtan érkeztünk és már semmi nem volt nyitva, Grab-ről tudtunk csak kaját rendelni. Az ágy tiszta és kényelmes volt, de végül szoba cserét kértünk.

+: Il posto con la spiaggia privata, la piscina e il personale molto gentile e disponibile.
-: la prima camera assegnataci, c'era un cattivo odore da fumo, quando abbiamo manifestato il nostro disagio, il giorno seguente hanno subito provveduto al cambio in una nuova stanza con veduta piscina.Bravi!
