+: Umana and their staff are absolutely fantastic! I would stay here for every vacation for the rest of my life if I could. The staff were so kind and helpful; including our own concierge available via WhatsApp to help book travel, excursions, and services at the hotel. The pool was stunning, but our own villa even more so. We had panoramic ocean views that I just could not stop looking at; from our own infinity pool right through the glass doors to our room. I was on cloud nine!!

+: Виглядає так, що вілли після повної реновації. Вілли дуже великі, гігантська ванна кімната, все є, доволі великий приватний басейн, джакузі з теплою водою під відкритим небом, сніданки смачні. Вечерю замовляли на віллу, дуже смачна курка, а риба була дуже гостра. Мавпи приходили вранці і гупали по даху.
-: Ті завтра ви що входять в ціну не доставляються на віллу. На пляжі декілька ліжаків від готелю і все, це не відповідає рівню, треба йти в сусідній бічклаб щоб комфортно провести день на пляжі. Дикі мавпи можуть прийти, тому не можна залишати речі на дворі

+: This renovated hotel is beyond stunning. We had a very big spacious one bedroom villa, with a very big gardenpool area. The service was top. The whole area was so well taken care of and beautiful greenery. The kid’s club had a very energetic lady and it has absolutely all a child could wish! Melasti Beach is also a good choice and clean.

+: Clean. Lovely private villas with baths, indoor and outdoor showers, swimming pools, etc. The staff are great. Buggies to take you everywhere and easy to arrange a car to the beach. Very quiet (only 5-10% occupied when we visited). The casual restaurant (Commune) is good - breakfast and local food.
-: Construction noise from another property, starting at 730am both mornings we were there. Not such a problem during the daytime. The fancy Italian restaurant is very average. Wildly overpriced. This hotel should be priced at 60-70% of their current rates.

-: The noisy buggy, we saw a few house lizards (but they sent pest control immediately), and one staff promised me late check out while another staff said no the next day.

+: The villa interior is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 min away from Melasti beach, which was very nice, however the staff failed to tell us that they have designated beds there from the hotel (we found out by ourselves). The kids club is very nice and not crowded, kids didn't want to leave (2 ladies in the kids club are really doing a great job).
-: The hotel is a bit isolated. The staff is nice, however lacking proper training, they give confusing information and blame someone instead of acknowledging the mistake. The food is average, nothing special. The panoramic view villa we stayed in was right behind their main restaurant and that didn't give a nice view.
