-: The room in general was dirty, the towels, the toilet, the bed and some dishes and glasses in the restaurant were dirty as well, the hairdryer was coming out some electricity.

+: I stay here for a few days each time I come to Bali. It's a good value for money. Breakfast has an excellent variety. Wifi is fast enough to work. Staff are extraordinarily helpful and rooms are always clean. Restaurant is good, but there are also lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute walk. There are 2 best westerns in this area though, so make sure you put the correct one in on Grab.
-: I prefer the rooms without the bathtubs personally. Depending on the location of your room, it can be a little loud (or not at all) when cleaning starts in the late morning, but I don't mind.

+: stayed here for two nights only.arrived just before nyepi day,and had a very late check in.luckily, they have 24 hours counter. check in very smooth, night shift staff is informative and friendly. though it is nyepi, we still can have meal at the hotel, from breakfast to dinner ,thanks to the hotel and all the staffs.there is no lightning in the hotel ,and the staff suggest guests to switch off all lights in room, except the bedside lamp. so very dark after 1900, also guests are not allowed to go out, restricted in hotel area only.no TV program during Nyepi. the hotel’s channel did provide some movies,but the pictures not clear, so better switch it off.the small pool is just for cooling body, not for swimming, unfortunately, during the stay, no sun at all, rainy day, and cloudy sky. but i did enjoy my stay, have more time to rest,to think and to relax.a memorable stay during nyepi day.

-: Toilet was uncleaned, had stains on the toilet bowl. Curtains looked like they haven’t been changed in years. I couldn’t leave because the door wouldn’t open from the inside, had to call front desk. I’m glad I only stayed here for one night.

-: I paid extra to be in a quiet room but it wasn't really quiet. Also, the breakfast was sub-standard and tasted very mediocre. I think best Western can really so a lot better on breakfast.

+: Beautiful property, amazing breakfast spread, they upgraded me to the private pool villa. The staff is amazing and always smiling. I had read many reviews and was kind of sceptical at first but i am happy i stayed here. Some westerners expect Spotlessness worth USD600 from this USD2530 room. It is Best Western and it has a class.
-: Expect mosquitoes or occasional tiny lizards everywhere in Bali, we too spotted one outside near the private pool area.
