+: Central location, 20 minutes walk to get to most places The staff are friendly & polite

-: It’s dirty & tired, in desperate need of an overhaul! Staff need training in basic food hygiene,

+: Love the staff , so friendly.Breakfast was great , little treats each morning, good omelettes.Love the private villas , our 2 nd time here .

-: Love the villas , just a bit difficult getting out of the pools . You need to lean on your knees to pull yourself onto the ledge to get out .

+: Beautiful Balinese designed villas, open plan kitchen with pool attached. Pool was cold and lovely.Super comfortable beds and pillows with mosquito nets. We had the best sleep of our lives!!Gardens were incredibly kept, maintained each day, green and beautiful.Communal pools were cold and big and my children used them daily.Staff were really helpful and kind, welcoming and warm.Suta was very helpful and made our stay comfortable and pleasant.He always had a smile on his face and willing to help us with anything.

-: Would have been nice if there were more staff who could speak fluent English, sometimes it was hard to communicate.We felt like quite a few staff members didn’t quite understand what we were saying or asking.

+: Loved the location in Seminyak.3 bedroom Villa with our own pool plus 2 property pools to use too!Buffet breakfast was great! Lots to choose from.Great size rooms and facilities.Loved the gardens, staff were great and always friendly.

-: Unfortunately it is a little dated and could do with a re-vamp but nothing serious.Some of our guests needed their Air-cons attending too (re gassed or fixed) but staff fixed promptly.Nothing really to suggest not staying here.
