+: Staff were great at their jobs, always friendly and smiling. The view from the roof top is really nice.

-: It felt like I was eating dinner leftovers for breakfast, nothing was fresh accept the eggs and pancakes which were cooked to order. Everything we ate was pretty terrible (we had lunch and dinner the day we arrived). Certainly wouldn't recommend adding breakfast to your package.Aspects of the rooftop area, where the pool is, were unsafe rotting wood, nails sticking out of decking, wobbly tiles in the pool. The in-house spa is also massively overpriced.

+: I like location, good services and staffs

-: Room is rather small !

+: La chambre est très confortable et la piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel sympathique. Le personnel est très attentionné.

-: Le petit déjeuner est un buffet avec du choix mais beaucoup de choses n'étaient pas super bonnes. Le bar de la piscine était fermé (il donnait l'impression de ne jamais être ouvert) et le couloir d'escalier pour s'y rendre sentait les poubelles.

-: Very noisy both cleaning staff in the morning and guests making noise . The hotel looks very tired in corridors but rooms are good.

-: It was disappointing from my previous visit. Everything seems worn out and not maintained
