+: Staff went over and above with their service, sent up complimentary ginger tea when I wasnt feeling well and checked in the next day, great selection at the breakfast buffet with different options at the egg and juice station everyday, cabanas at the rooftop pool are great

+: Could not recommend this place enough! Between the free wifi, SUPER comfortable beds and pillows, amazingily working air-conditioner within the bedrooms, the high level of cleanliness and pride taken into the rooms and daily turnovers (loved the animal creatures left on bed made out of towels - such a great personal touch) . Staff in all sections were fantastic and could not of been more friendly and accomodating. The wide varierty and delicious buffet breakfast to the delicios food and drink options on the menu. The pool table is great addition!The location of the hotel is perfect, close enough to the centre while also being rather suprisingly quiet. Will definately be booking a return visit soon.
