+: Er ging niets goed. Om de dood eenvoudige reden dat bij aankomst het hotel gesloopt was. Er kwam een ziekenhuis.

-: 5 Dagen voor vertrek gaf Booking.com aan dat het vertrek aanstaande was. Bleek het hotel al maanden gesloopt te zijn Geen enkel bericht hierover.

+: Locatie was goed

-: Ze gingen verbouwen

+: waren in das Resort umgebucht, und haben nachdem wir nach verhandelt haben ein Zimmer direkt am Strand bekommen.

-: alles wird renoviert, Pool war schon nicht mehr offen, vieles abgeschirmt …

+: That the manager refunded our money for the 2 nights we did not stay

-: The room we got was trash and after we complained he said that he had new rooms and would we like one. I asked him why he gave us a crap room and not a new one. He had no answer so we asked for a refund and stayed one night and paid for one night.

+: the gardens.

-: the first room was very under standards. paint peeling off walls. bath was chipped and looked unclean. Bathroom extremely old. Aircon unit was yellow with and smoking stains. I had booked the Inna Bali Garden hotel. It is being renovated but I was not informed of this until day before arriving. my First room was stuck at the back of the resort with Mozzies in abundance. This was classed as the standard room. I paid extra for an upgrade to a better room which in fairness was very nice apart from it being in a very noisey position right next to the events outdoor area and it was being set up for an event so noise late into the night and from very early in the morning. Then the event. also prior to that they were jackhammering the pathway up from 6.30am for several days. I had stayed in Inna Bali a few years ago prior to Covid but was very happy with the position and rooms. This time I was very disappointed especially with the constant noise. Plus the swimming pool was not in operation as very green. Getting out onto the beach required quite a round about walk as the beachfront path was being renovated and no access to and from the hotel was provided without a lengthy walk. I would be thinking very carefully before I booked again.

-: the room is very run down, not 4-star hotel at all. The pictures on the internet and booking.com are not the same with the reality. We were just told 2 days before our stay that there was renovation in the Inna Bali Beach Garden and we were going to be moved to the resort. For the last 3 days of our stay, we didn’t have continuous running water because the renovationconstruction damaged the pipe. On Jul 26th, no running water at all from early morning til 8 pm. We had to go to another hotel to get running water. On Jul 27, we had no running water from 3-7 pm. On Jul 28, we had no running water from 8-10 am. When the water run again after the interruption, the water was very muddy that we had to turn it on for a while to have clear water. very bad experience.

+: Die Gartenanlage um das Haus herum. Beim Frühstück gab es schon viel Auswahl. Die Lage wäre nicht schlecht, wenn nicht grad überall renoviert werden würde, auch an der Promenade

-: Die Möbel Einrichtung sehr alt, das Bad sah aus als hätte man es seit Jahren nicht geputzt und der Roomservice hat auch während des Aufenthalts nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die Bettwäsche Handtücher wurden zwar gewechselt aber hatten immer Flecken oder waren zerrissen. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht immer richtig, im ersten Zimmer hat es auf die Kommode getropft, was sehr stört. Wasser gab es auch nicht immer. Steckdosen in Bettnähe gab es nicht, oder war besser es nicht zu versuchen.

+: garden and location was good. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

-: Property being open to public access security was at stake. Breakfast was insufficient. Without asking the staf we couldn’t find out possibility of other egg options. Rooms were very old fashioned and neglected. Needing urgent renovation. Beach was not good. We couldn’t swim.
