+: Staff in restaurants were fantastic, and food was excellent

-: Facilities were not finished.There was constant construction noise every place you went.Could not relax in the room as all you could hear was hammering we complained to staff but nothing was done.Not a great way to spend our 30th anniversary

+: Great facilities and dining area. Great sea view location and close to the beach. Entrance and lobby area looked great. The food was good. Staff very hospitable and attentitive. Affordable prices.

-: The room was renovated but still shows signs of age. May have been just the particular room though.

+: The most thinks the entrance of the hotel and atmosphere it's breathtaking and magnificent it's the most beautiful hotel in sanur and the location near to sanur port so u can visit other island linke nusa penida we loved the pool the facilities everything is just perfect... the most beautiful location to see sunrise everything same to the picture and much more beautiful... I can stay here forever
