+: Great location right on the beach with expansive gardens. The villa provided to us was roomy with renovated bathroom. The beds comfortable. The outdoor private seating area attached to the villa was very nice. Breakfast was great. The restaurant on the beach has a good selection of good food at great prices.
-: The Wifi signal in the room was generally very poor and we had to go outside to use it. However even outside it could be unreliable and somewhat frustrating.

-: Rather old grand hotel, maintenance is not great. Feels quite run down but price reflects this. Due low occupancy spa closed, beach bar closed, no gym.
