+: Great hotel right at the beach (just cross the street); amazing staff; comfortable room with good size, excellent bedmattress; excellent shower with strong hot water flow.Breakfast is buffet-style and has good choices, including an egg station where you can order eggs to your liking.The surrounding area, being in the middle of Kuta, is full of shops, convenience stores, money changers, and many restaurants, bars and cafe's. The beach, which is right across the street, has various vendors, so for example you can go and watch the sunset while sipping a beer on a plastic chair on the sand.The hotel has been designed in a way to reduce noise from the surroundings; so despite being in the middle of Kuta (and a relatively short ride from the airport), there is no street noise audible in the rooms.Overall a great hotel if you want to be in the middle of the tourist action in Kuta, in comfortable surroundings, and cared for by an amazing team.
-: Just two minor points:As others have mentioned, the shower floor can get slippery, particularly when using soap; nothing that a rubber bath mat wouldn't fix however. Also, there was no cloth bath mat to use when stepping out of the shower - but we just asked for an extra towel and put that on the floor: problem solved ;-)
