+: Our Villa was absolutely beautiful and private. They came every night to spray for mosquitos, which was so awesome. The staff was so incredibly welcoming and kind. When we moved on to our next destination, we kept wishing that we had just stayed here for the remainder of our stay in Bali. Just can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!!

-: Ants on the poolside loungers, but we didn't use them so it wasn't really an issue.

+: My partner and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mahagiri Villas & Spa Dreamland and I must say that the staff truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, we we're greeted with warmth and professionalism that made us feel right at home. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of amazing. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and dedication to customer service were truly top-notch. we were very impressed by their knowledge, helpfulness, and willingness to assist with any request. Kudos to the fantastic staff at Mahagiri Villas & Spa Dreamland for making our visit truly memorable!We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all my friends and family. Thank you for the exceptional service!

+: Staff were very lovely and location was in a good central location from restaurants and cafes and other areas in Uluwatu. The layout and privacy of the property was great and loved the pool, daybed, outdoor showers, and ability to get pool fencing for our children which we ended up not using. Loved the walk in wardrobes and spacious bathrooms and in room massages.

-: A lot of the items needed maintenance and love- fan switches missing knobs, power points falling out of walls, shower taps not working properlyneeding a service poor, door to our villa not shutting properly and making a very loud screeching noise getting caught on tiles (not ideal for coming inout at odd hours) and our livingkitchen villa aircon did not work properly which wasn’t very comfortable given the time of year (January- wet season being very humid). We appreciate the effort the staff made to attend and resolve the aircon but it wasn’t resolved in the end and was not the most comfortable space to be in. It didn’t help the sliding doors didn’t seal and shut properly either to this space. Also the kitchen in our villa was very poorly stocked with barely the most basic items to cook with or prepare food (eg no sharp knives only utensils for eating, no drying rack for dishes or any dishtowels on marble bench tops, one small pot and pan, minimal utensils for cooking and no bowls or anything outside of ones to serve food in, etc). Also the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all and our back and necks were pretty sore by the end of our trip.

+: Vi havde to værelser og en stue omkring en skøn privat pool og venligt personale. Værelserne og fællesområderne var godt indrettet og behagelige.

-: Der var noget støj fra vejen, selvom hotellet var trukket tilbage. Vi kunne også hver aften til sent høre noget fra en fest eller anden fejring i nærheden. Personalet kom forbi på lidt ubelejlige tidspunkter for eksempelvis at sprøjte mod myg og fortalte først efterfølgende, at vi ikke måtte gå ind på værelset før efter ti minutter – vi var ved at gøre os klar til at tage ud at spise...

+: 飯店的Welcome drink非常好喝。整個旅程簡直是5星級享受！我們有一個很放鬆的假期。每天的早餐也很好吃。飯店人員服務和態度都非常好。我們的房間非常大。有廚房、客廳，有瓦斯爐可以煮食。Villa的私人泳池比一般的飯店大，最深處有1.4米水深，我們很滿意，每天都游泳。房間和飯店設計很新穎，也非常整潔。我們很喜歡！

-: 我們有用到飯店的洗衣服務，但是我們在離開飯店後發現有一袋衣服是酸臭的，看到袋子上的單據，是飯店外包的洗衣店。這是一件遺憾的事。但是我們仍然很喜愛這飯店
